Speaking

Speaking.

For organizations that could use a different conversation.

Not a keynote that inspires for an hour and evaporates by Monday.

An interactive field experience: something the room does together, not just listens to.

Built to provoke real curiosity, challenge quiet assumptions, and leave people with something worth talking about after the room empties.

And for the people it really lands with, the room is often just where it starts.

"Thanks so much for spending time connecting with our group today, and reminding us to follow our own compass, listen, and ask thoughtful questions."

"As usual — you share, and I connect the dots of my own experiences. I am so grateful for what I learn with you, and from you."

Field Experience

When the Compass Matters More Than the Map

On what happens between an event and a reaction, and the narrow, real space where a different choice is actually available. Built around a simple loop: notice, wonder, discern, choose, act, learn, the same muscle that only builds under real resistance.

Transaction to Transformation

For leaders who were promoted because they were good at the work, and are now expected to lead people. Everyone brings one real challenge and works it all day with the Yellow Card, a simple tool for slowing down: get the facts, consider the people involved, decide and act, follow up. Solve the problem. Strengthen the relationship.

Where it tends to lead

A good talk plants something. What grows from it depends on what the room does next, and I'm glad to keep going with you.

For a leader
If something in the room named a thing you've been carrying alone, Thought Partnership is a standing place to keep working through it.
For a team
If the whole room recognized itself in the same moment, Teams + Organizations is where that becomes a real, months-long arc, not just a memory of a good session.

This isn't for

A request form for "a speaker," filled out by someone spending a budget to check a box, without the actual leader on board.

This is for

A leader who wants to talk it through together before it ever becomes an event.

"Not only was the information Jodee gave us powerful, but the delivery and articulation of the information is what people continue to talk about."
Diane Donnelly — President, The Donnelly Group of Keller Williams

This always starts as a conversation with you, not a booking request for "your organization." If it's a fit, we shape the room together from there.

Let's talk it through → jodee@jodeebock.com — I read every one, usually within a few days.
